Updated from official FRED series; latest observation among tracked series: 2026-10-01.

This MarketPilotDaily tracker turns a small set of official U.S. macro and rates series into one repeatable dashboard for following the pressure that interest rates and inflation can place on corporate financing, valuation, and demand. It is descriptive, not a market forecast.

How to read it

The Treasury yields summarize market interest-rate conditions at two important maturities. Their spread is the 10-year yield minus the 2-year yield. The federal funds rate provides the policy-rate backdrop. CPI year-over-year change is calculated by MarketPilotDaily from the seasonally adjusted CPI index, while the unemployment rate provides a basic labor-market context.

These indicators do not by themselves predict stock prices. They are useful context for evaluating financing costs, discount-rate sensitivity, consumer demand, and the assumptions embedded in earnings and valuation narratives.

Methodology and update policy

MarketPilotDaily retrieves the source series directly from FRED, uses the latest non-missing observation for each series, calculates the 2s10s spread from the latest common Treasury observation date, and calculates CPI year-over-year change from the latest CPI observation and the comparable observation approximately 12 months earlier. The page is refreshed automatically and may show different observation dates because the underlying series have different publication schedules.
